Karl graduated from Queen's University Belfast in 2013 with an Honours Degree in Law and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2015.
Within the MSM Criminal Law Department, Karl has extensive experience dealing with up to the most serious criminal allegations. He assists and advises clients on a wide range of matters within the Magistrates Court, County Court, Crown Court and Court of Appeal spheres as well as at police investigation stage.
One of Karl's key interests is to ensure the Human Rights of his clients are protected at all times. He is regularly involved in both Judicial Review and Extradition proceedings. This usually involves challenging the relevant Authorities when their actions have caused or will cause a breach of the fundamental rights that each client is entitled to enjoy.
Karl assists victims also specialising in Criminal Injury Compensation Claims both in the initial application stages and before the Criminal Injury Compensation Appeals Panel. He has been involved in numerous notable applications within this jurisdiction whereby clients have been appropriately compensated because of their injuries. He is determined to ensure that clients are well represented at all times during the course of legal proceedings.
Karl is currently a member of the Belfast Solicitors Association and has been for a number of years.
Away from Law, Karl is a keen sports person. He enjoys being very active and has particular interest in Gaelic football, soccer and going to the gym. He enjoys socialising and keeping himself updated on current affairs around the world.
