Eimear joined MSM Law in 2020 and specialises in all family law matters, to include divorce, matrimonial finances/separations, pre-nuptial agreements, private and public law matters concerning children.
Eimear graduated from Queen's University, Belfast, with a Degree in Law and Politics, in 2004. She later also graduated from Queen's University with a Masters in Human Rights and Criminal Justice, in 2005.
Eimear completed her training contract with the first exclusively family law practice in Wales, before returning to head up the family law department in another local practice.
Eimear is a former chairperson of The Newry and Banbridge Solicitors' Association.
Eimear is a Member of The Law Society of Northern Ireland's Children Order Panel, and the NIGALA Solicitors' Panel, enabling her to act on behalf of children and young people in public law matters.
Eimear is also a Law Society qualified Solicitor Advocate.
