Amy Brady Solicitor MSM Law

Amy graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2017 obtaining a LLB Honours degree. Shortly after graduation, Amy began working as a paralegal gaining experience in criminal law, plaintiff litigation and family law.

In 2021, Amy then graduated with Distinction from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies at Queens University Belfast and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors.

Amy has now chosen to specialise in the area of criminal law.

Protecting the rights and interests of clients at all stages of the Criminal Justice System is paramount for her.

Amy assists the MSM Criminal Law team with matters before the Magistrates Court, County Court, Crown Court and the Court of Appeal. Amy represents those under police arrest or other investigation and also clients in prison facing parole/licence revocation issues as well as helping clients resolve prison welfare matters.

Amy is keen to utilise Judicial Review remedies as a means to protect MSM client rights.

Amy also represents clients facing Extradition proceedings in custody or on bail.

Aside from the law, Amy is an avid rugby player. Having started the sport during her university days, she continues to play for a local team.

Amy also enjoys socialising and travelling. Amy was born in the U.S. and she frequently travels back and forth to visit family and friends.
